As Membership Director, she leads with strategy and heart – shaping a strong, growing community around Avantgarde’s mission. Whether it’s developing meaningful member experiences or fostering long-term engagement, she makes sure every connection counts.

In her role as Secretary of the Board, Lauren ensures things run like clockwork behind the scenes — combining sharp organization with a clear vision for collaboration and good governance.
